SUMMER LEAGUE
Atlet Summer College Baseball League is the first to pair weekly league games with summer athlete performance training and development. Athletes will undergo Atlet College Summer Baseball performance training and will form two teams:
Atlet Black - 20 Players
Atlet Grey - 20 Players
50+ At Bats Guaranteed to Each Hitter
The Atlet Black and Grey series consists of 4 weeks of extending inning games at various DFW field locations. The winner of the Black and Grey series will celebrate with the Atlet Summer League trophy and champagne celebration. Live ABs are included within the training program to maximize at bat exposure for hitters and minimize overuse for pitchers in order to allow for mid week development.
All athletes will have performance training Monday - Friday, with daily trackable pitching and hitting mechanical work individualized to their performance needs and will have full access to the Atlet Sports training facility beyond group led workouts for their personal training needs.
